Practical guidance

A first exercise to choose your AI course

Choose a real, short, verifiable task: draft a post, summarise a non-confidential document or organise a customer request. The aim is to test a method, not delegate an important decision without checking.

Example: improve a content brief

Write down the audience, question, format and desired action. Provide an example of your usual tone, then request a draft with information needing verification listed separately. Compare the result with your brief. Rewrite vague passages and check facts before publishing.

Choose based on the result you need

The foundation course helps scope and verify work. The content course covers angles, posts and an editorial calendar. The automation course focuses on a documented workflow with data and tests. Read a sample and compare the programme with your task before purchasing.
