Agent trade breaks as the video API Sora 2 approaches its cut

Three concrete informations require quick decisions. Amazon now refuses access from its store to Muse, Shopify is preparing its integration with Shop Pay, and OpenAI will stop the 24 september its Videos API and Sora templates 2. These movements show that AI agents and tools depend as much on commercial authorizations as on the life of APIs.

Our method: distinguishing facts, citing sources and calmly explaining what can really change for creators, independent and digital professionals.

Amazon blocks Agent Meta Muse on its online store

Amazon blocked Muse when he tried to make purchases on his platform on behalf of its users. According to an Amazon statement reported by The Verge, Meta had not announced this access and the agent did not clearly identify himself during his navigation. Amazon invokes its terms of use as well as privacy and security concerns. Meta claims that Muse cannot see secure IDs or credit card data. The blocking concerns Muse's access to Amazon; it does not mean that the agent is withdrawn from other services.

What it can change: Do not assume that an agent authorized by its user is automatically accepted by the visited site. Before automating a reservation or purchase, check the terms of service, agent identification, permissions and the processing of login data.

Shopify plans to integrate Muse with its shops with the Shop Pay payment

Shopify and Meta plan to allow Muse to finalize purchases from shops using Shopify. Payment must be based on Shop Pay, the accelerated payment service that keeps the buyer's delivery and billing information. The agreement shows a strategy opposed to that of Amazon: Shopify chooses a framed integration of agent trade. The announcement confirms the principle of partnership, but does not yet provide a general availability date or a precise list of the traders and countries concerned.

What it can change: If you sell online, structure your product sheets, prices, stocks, deadlines, returns and conditions so that an agent can interpret them unambiguously. However, don't announce Muse as an available sales channel until Shopify has detailed its deployment.

OpenAI stops API videos and Sora models 2 on 24 September

The official documentation of OpenAI confirms the deletion of the API Videos, from2, sora-2-pro and their main snapshots on 24 september 2026. The developers concerned had been notified of the 24 march. No model or replacement system is recommended in the depreciation table. This cut concerns the API and its video models listed; It does not make it possible to conclude that all Sora experiments intended for the general public have disappeared.

What it can change: Invent the relevant video automations immediately, save useful results and settings, block new dependencies and test another provider or manual process. Do not simply replace the model name: no compatible successor is indicated.
