ChatGPT Ads exceeds 60 country and its advertising manager is accessible in France
OpenAI extends ChatGPT Ads to seven new Asian markets and indicates that the platform now covers more than 60 countries. Its eligibility documentation, updated on September 23, confirms that companies whose legal entity and billing are established in France can create an account directly in Ads Manager. OpenAI also announces several tens of thousands of advertisers and an annualized revenue rate of 1 billion dollars at the end of August. Advertising remains limited to ChatGPT Free and Go offers; Plus, Pro and Enterprise remain unadvertised.
What it can change: First test a limited campaign on a specific offer, with a page clearly responding to the intention expressed in the conversation. Measure qualified prospects and sales before increasing the budget.

Meta gradually opens the French pre-orders of the Ray-Ban Display
Meta announces the arrival of the Ray-Ban Display in France, Italy and Germany. Pre-orders start gradually, but online and in-store sales in Paris will only begin on 13 October. The glasses win video capture with its space, an Explore app, upcoming notifications and Threads community streams. However, several functions remain geographically limited: cycling and transportation begin in the United States and Canada, while the expanded schedule and early access to hologram calls are for the United States.
What it can change: Consider these glasses as a future hand-free tool for capture and diffusion, but check function by function what will actually be available in France before any professional purchase.

OpenAI launches GPT‐6 Sol and Luna with reduced API rates by half
OpenAI launches GPT‑6 Sol and GPT‑6 Luna in ChatGPT Work, Codex and the API. Sol costs 2 dollars per million input tokens and 10 dollars for output; Luna costs 0.10 dollar for input and 0.50 dollar for output, an announced reduction of 50 % compared with the promotional prices of their GPT‑5.6 predecessors. The rollout in Work and Codex covers Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu subscriptions; Luna is also available to Free and Go accounts in the desktop app. The two models are not yet available in Chat.
What it can change: Divide tasks according to their difficulty: Luna for simple and repetitive volumes, Sol for demanding but frequent work, and Astra only when the maximum quality justifies its cost.
