Google presents Gemini 4 Argon without opening access to the public again
Google announced Gemini 4 Argon on 30 september 2026 for long and complex tasks in software development, finance, law and cybersecurity. The model accepts up to one million output tokens and can search, validate and correct certain vulnerabilities. However, it is deployed first to a group of cyberdefenders and trusted testers via the Fairwind program: no public user has access to the launch. Google then plans to open up to developers, businesses and consumers, starting with API paying customers and Google AI Ultra subscribers, without communicating any date or availability by country.
What it can change: Do not change any workflows and do not subscribe to any offerings based solely on the announced performance: wait for real access, final terms and independent evaluations.
