Gemini centralise brand, marketing and finance for small businesses

The official announcement published yesterday by Google brings together several daily tasks in Gemini: coherent visual creation, financial analysis and connections to the tools already used. The global deployment is gradually starting for all users, and this requires testing with non-sensitive data and limited authorisations.

Our method: distinguishing facts, citing sources and calmly explaining what can really change for creators, independent and digital professionals.

Gemini deploys a hub and tools dedicated to small businesses

Google announces a new central page in the Gemini application to help small businesses build their brand, analyze their finances and better understand their customers. The service can connect to Google Business Profile, Google Ads and Workspace, as well as third-party applications such as Adobe, Canva, Dropbox, Shopify, Wix, Zoho and Xero. It also allows you to record a visual style from a site, a charter, fonts or colors, and then turn spreadsheets, receipts and purchases into interactive graphics and templates. The page, marketing and financial features and new connections are beginning to be deployed globally in the coming days for all users of the Gemini app; Their presence may therefore vary depending on the account.

What it can change: Test first a low-risk stream, for example the declination of a campaign visual or analysis of an anonymized financial file. Check each authorization granted to connected applications, limit imported data and monitor results before publication or financial decision.
