LinkedIn confirms the development of the founding profiles and Yoast opens SEO to AI agents more

Two announcements of October 27 give concrete signals to independent and site owners. LinkedIn observes an increase in the founding profiles and skills related to the AI, without demonstrating causality, while Yoast 28.8 allows agents to modify more sensitive SEO settings — a useful step that imposes safeguards.

Our method: distinguishing facts, citing sources and calmly explaining what can really change for creators, independent and digital professionals.

LinkedIn ranks "founder" among the fastest growing roles in France

LinkedIn says that “Founder” is among the ten fastest-growing roles in France, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany and India between July and September 2026. The share of job postings requiring AI literacy increased by around 65% over twelve months. According to LinkedIn, members who report these skills are 78% more likely to be hired and 11% more likely to be promoted; demand extends to marketing, design, project management, administration and writing. These figures describe associations observed on LinkedIn and do not prove that adding a keyword causes someone to be hired.

What it can change: Do not just add "IA" to your profile: document a real use, the problem handled, the tool used and a measurable result. Also clearly present your founding or independent activity, without turning these LinkedIn trends into a promise to hire.

Yoast SEO 28.8 extends the settings available to AI agents

Yoast SEO 28.8 adds actions that allow agents to enable or disable at the site scale llms.txt, Open Graph data, Schema Aggregator, Scheme Framework, X cards and XML Sitemaps. Agents can also change the site representation settings. The version adds sf:contentType à la carte Schema Feeds and prepares the assisted generation of alternative texts of images for Yoast WooCommerce SEO. Major compatibility point: WordPress 7.0 becomes the minimum supported version.

What it can change: Save the site and check WordPress before updating. Limit the rights of agents, log each change and impose human validation for sitemaps, structured data and social tags: bad action can reduce indexability or the quality of previews.
