An Internet Draft offers a common robot.txt signal to refuse generative training
The technical project published on October 30 defines the ` use ai-training` token in robots.txt. A publisher can thus express, for a whole site or some paths, a preference against using content to modify the parameters of a generic model, while possibly allowing specific sections. This signal remains independent of the crawl rules and therefore does not automatically prevent exploration or indexing. The document is an individual Internet Draft: it is not an adopted IETF standard, has no formal status in the standardisation process and its compliance depends on the suppliers who decide to implement it.
What it can change: Do not replace your supplier-specific controls yet. Instead, prepare a map of the paths to be protected, keep your crawl rules separate and monitor adoption schedules before adding the signal. It concerns future generative training, not all possible uses of content or non-cooperative robots.

TikTok adds visibility indicators and more automation in Search Ads
TikTok adds Impression Share and Top 1 Printing Share to measure the share of research auctions won by campaign keywords. Its suggestion tool can also offer packages of brand or category keywords, updated daily with volume, cost per click and competition. Smart+ Creative Selection brings together content from creators, brand assets and creations generated by IA, with the possibility to validate recommendations before release. TikTok also introduces promotional and dynamic CTAs. Search Ads Campaign is already available in France for several purposes, but access to the new features may vary depending on the account, market and stage of deployment.
What it can change: Separate the keywords of brand, category and intent, then use Print Share to distinguish a lack of budget from a problem of relevance. Keep the creations manually approved and CTA enabled on startup, especially when TikTok combines creator content and IA-generated assets.
